Who may open an account
Registration is open to adults of 18 or over who have also reached the legal gambling age in their own country. The terms also name Excluded Jurisdictions, where residents and people located there may not open an account or deposit. Making a deposit
- Sign in and press Deposit at the top of the site.
- Choose a payment method from the list for your country.
- Enter the amount. For crypto, send the coins to the wallet address the cashier shows.
The minimum deposit depends on the method and is usually €5. Funds normally reach the balance within a few seconds of the payment being processed. If a deposit is still missing after an hour, contact support with the method, time, amount and proof that the money left your account.
Card and wallet payments must come from accounts in your own name, and chargebacks are not allowed. A refund of a deposit is only considered in exceptional cases, such as a technical problem, and must be requested within 48 hours.

The daily ceiling shapes larger payouts. A balance of €3,500 has to be requested over four separate days, because Zeppelin declines any request above €1,000 and does not split it for you. The terms also ask for turnover of at least the full deposited amount before a withdrawal, so a deposit that was never played can not simply be sent back.
To request a payout, open Balance, choose the Withdrawal tab, pick a method, enter the amount and confirm. A Pending request can be cancelled under Withdrawal History. Payouts go back to the deposit method where possible, with bank transfer as the usual alternative.
E-wallet payouts can arrive shortly after they are sent, while crypto payouts depend on confirmation in the blockchain network. If the finance team cancels a request, it explains the reason by e-mail.
Identity checks
Zeppelin may ask for KYC documents, for example before a bonus related payout. The standard set is a photo of a passport, driving licence or ID card with all four corners visible, and a proof of address in your name no older than three months. Screenshots are not accepted.
Currencies and dormant accounts
The FAQ lists 35 account currencies, among them EUR, USD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HUF, NOK, PLN and RON. Bonuses are credited in the currency chosen at registration. An account with no activity for six months in a row can be marked dormant, and a dormant account fee may then be taken from a positive balance. A worked example in account currency units: a first deposit of 100 units brings a bonus of 100 units. With wagering of x35 on the bonus amount, bets of 3,500 units are needed within 7 days. If they are not reached in time, the remaining bonus funds and the winnings linked to them are forfeited.

Rules that apply to every bonus
Winnings made while a bonus is active go to the Bonus Balance, even when the bet came from the Real Balance. Bets are taken from the Real Balance first, and the Bonus Balance is used once the real money is spent. A single bonus runs at any one time. Others wait In Queue and start when the earlier one is completed, cancelled or expired.
- Bonus money works only in games under the Bonus Money Play filter, not in sports betting, Originals or the live casino.
- Slots count 100% towards wagering. Table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps and minigames count 0%.
- Bets above the maximum stake count only up to the permitted limit.
- A Bonus Balance below €0.18 can be cancelled automatically.
- Unactivated bonuses usually expire after 3 days, and wagering usually has to be finished within 7 days.
- A withdrawal is not possible while a bonus is active, unless you cancel it with Cancel Bonus, which removes the Bonus Balance.
- Bets from the Bonus Balance do not count towards rank progression.
